Terms of Use
Last updated June 12, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Five & Two website. By using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
Five & Two is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides branding, websites, custom technology, and strategy to faith-based ministries and nonprofits. Any specific project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement; nothing on this site is an offer or a contract for services.
Using our site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, or submitting false or harmful information through our forms.
Donations
Gifts made through our site support Five & Two's mission and are processed securely by Stripe. As a 501(c)(3), gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by Five & Two or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent.
Third-party services and links
Our site relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Stripe, MailerLite, and Google). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five & Two will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
